Refund Policy and Warranty

We strive to deliver the best cleaning experience we can, however, mistakes do happen. Here is our approach to handling situations when you are not happy with our service:

'Get It Clean' - these visits are thorough detailed cleanings. Upon completion of the cleaning we walk around with you to make sure everything is good before we leave, if you find any areas that you would like us to touch up we will do it at no additional cost to you. However, if you are not home upon completion of the job, we do give you 24 hours to contact us so that we can immediately schedule a return visit. Please keep in mind that although we do our best to clean your home we cannot turn it brand new, there will be areas where a different professional contractor can help (i.e. plumbing leak or slow drains, hardwood floor stripping, bathroom mold on caulking, etc). Once you bring your concern to our attention we will help advise you what the best course of action is. If it is something we can return and clean we will at no additional cost to you. 

'Keep It Clean'- these visits are our regular routine visits. In order to retain the best talented maids in the industry we must pay them for their time. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for services provided. However, your satisfaction is our priority, in exchange, we do offer a return visit to correct any mistakes at no additional cost to you. We ask that you please reach out to us no later than 24 hours after the service has been provided so that we can offer this return visit. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business. 

Q: I’ve Never Had a Cleaning Service : How Do I get Started? 

Visit our “Schedule Now” page and provide us with a little information about yourself so that we may contact you to schedule an in- house estimate. We come to your home and typically take 10-15 minutes of your time so that you can give us a tour of your home and explain your needs. We then provide you an estimate and can schedule a cleaning when you are ready. Remember, there is no contract!

Q: Does Your Company Require Contracts?

No we don’t. Our number one priority is to build a long lasting relationship with our clients. We always work really hard to please our clients and we are confident that you will be so happy with our work you will never switch to another cleaning company!

Q: Do You Bring Cleaning Supplies and Equipment?

We leave it up to our clients. We always come prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment to complete the job.

Q: Do I Have to be Home When You Clean?

No. Many of our clients prefer to give us a key or hide one on the premises on the day of cleaning. A garage code is an alternative to a key; it is another great way to provide access into your home.

Q: How Do I Prepare for My First Cleaning?

We ask that you please provide us with instructions regarding alarm codes, keys, and any other specific information we need to know. If you would like clean sheets put on the bed(s) or fresh towels hung in the bathroom(s) please leave them out near its desired location. Please keep in mind that we will vacuum where we can, it is important that you clean up clutter so that we can ensure your home gets the full attention it deserves and nothing gets overlooked.

Q: When Can I Schedule You To Clean My Home?

Monday – Friday 6:00a – 6:00p

Saturday 6:00a – 3:00p (we don't charge extra on weekends!)

Q: What Time Will You Arrive?

We make every effort to be on time. Some things are out of our control such as traffic, accidents, emergencies, etc. Please let us know if you would like to be contacted if there is a change on our time of arrival.

Q: How Do I Know I Can Trust Your Staff?

We pride ourselves on attracting the best talent available in the area! Combining both competitive hourly wages and bonus programs we offer some of the best pay in the cleaning industry. These efforts ensure we have the finest maids. We screen our maids carefully, we inspect relentlessly, we train meticulously, and we insure adequately. All of these strong efforts are so that you can trust us with the care of your home.

Q: Lockout Fee - Short Notice Cancellation Fee

If the team is unable to enter your home for scheduled cleaning or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there will be a lockout fee of $75 assessed. If you need to reschedule a cleaning please do so the day before your scheduled cleaning. A lockout scenario prevents us the opportunity to fill the schedule with another client. It also decreases the maids’ pay, without consistent wages we cannot retain the best talent to clean your home. Rescheduling the day before helps ensure you will get the best possible service. 

Q: What Are Your Payment Terms?

We accept Cash and Personal & Business Checks. Payments can be sent to us via mail or left on the kitchen counter in a sealed envelope noted for Quiroga Cleaning Service, LLC
